как быть с ошибками?!

Последние две игнорировать, причина простая -- использование одного драйвера EXT4 для поддержки ext2, ext3 и ext4. Драйвер пробует, ext2, ext3 на разделе, сообщает, что файловая система на разделе использует возможности, не поддерживаемые в ext2 и ext3 (отдельных меток в таблице разделов для ext2, ext3, ext4 нет, поэтому нужно пробовать, что в действительности на разделе).
